This is by far the dirtiest condo I've ever stayed in. We checked in to find damp, musty, folded sheets at the foot of all 3 beds.

I guess we were expected to make our own beds using smelly, damp linens? We also discovered that the inadequate supply (5 bath towels and 3 washcloths for a condo that sleeps 6-8) of bath towels and wash cloths were musty and folded damp. I spent the first evening of our vacation running to the store for detergent and doing laundry so we had clean beds to sleep in. I requested more towels and washcloths from Kerri, two more damp towels were placed on the dirty floor outside of the condo door 24 hours later, we never received additional washcloths.

We had to go buy them. My daughter pulled a blanket out of the guest room closet, cuddled up in it and then found dirty band-aids stuck to the inside of the blanket. One of the dirty, bloody, band-aids came free from the blanket and stuck to her leg! Both shower curtains had a few inches of mold on the bottom of them and the master shower had a clump of hair stuck to the wall and a broken light above.

The TV in the family room stopped working during our stay. I contacted Kerri again, she suggested that we unhook and carry the family room TV into the bedroom and hook the bedroom TV up in the family room. Never did she offer to send out a repair service. During one of our phone conversations during our stay, she promised to "make it up to us" for all of the issues but never again contacted me.

I reached out to her approx 2 weeks after returning from vacation, she had no interest in discussing and became rather belligerent and condescending when I repeatedly attempted to contact her to see what she was willing to do to rectify the situation. She accused me of trying to extort money from her, I was simply giving her the opportunity to make things right before posting my review. I didn't want to automatically leave a negative review without giving her a chance. She informed me "she actually works for a living" and that's why she hadn't returned my calls.

Do yourself a favor and book another condo, preferrably one with a property manager nearby that will assist you if you have any issues. Kerri is not interested in assuring that you enjoy your vacation nor is she willing to fix any problems you may have at her condo.

She definitely won't compensate you if problems arise that don't get fixed. I sincerely regret that we spent our vacation time and money at this condo, we will never return!

I've also had a very negative experience at this condo. Condo was dirty and owner was not willing to do anything about it.

I contacted her numerous times and she claimed that she would work it out with me but never did. Poor service, will not return!

I have stayed at this condo twice. It was always beautiful.

It was remodeled during my last stay. Once we had a problem with the wireless Internet- I called kerri- she answered and had the solution immediately. I do not know Kerri personally, but I do know that she answers immediately and is very willing to work with renters if an issue arises. After reading the tiraid left by another renter.

I can only assume this woman wanted a free vacation and does not realize that renting a condo is not the same as staying at a hotel. So sorry she left such a negative review, but it allows people like me, who know the true beauty and peace of this penthouse condo the opportunity to rent again.

I hope she always has availability when my family has time for a getaway.

I can tell you that these claims are actually false because I stayed at the condo myself. Kerri takes extra effort into making sure the place not only looks wonderful but you would want to live there yourself.

I was actually there for two of the conversations she had with the woman complaining.

She went above and beyond to try to rectify the situation.

The woman was trying to get money out of Kerri

You just can't please everybody.

How did she go above and beyond? What was done to rectify the situation? The renter has a right to be angry if nothing was done about the condition of the condo.

You must be Kerri's friend. In which case, your comment would be slanted in Kerri's favor...
